Patrick Noonan directs Dagaz, Inc. Indiana, which includes Process Excellence ( Lean Thinking, Six Sigma, Dashboard Metrics and Design Excellence), Leadership Center and Recruiting.  His deliverable is to provide best practices, productivity, reduce variation, create metrics, provide leaders and implement process improvement for clients.

Patrick directed the Medical Devices and Diagnostics Division of Johnson & Johnson Company, Process Excellence Initiative (which includes Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Dashboard Metrics and Design Excellence).  His deliverable is to implement best practices throughout the division from Process Excellence.

Patrick previously directed the Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics (a Johnson & Johnson company) Process Excellence Initiative (which included Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Supply Chain and Empowered Teams) and provided support and facilitation to the Master Black Belts and Black Belts.  His deliverable was to achieve bottom line results from the Process Excellence program.

Patrick formerly worked at General Electric.  His last assignment was in Six Sigma Quality as a Quality Leader and Master Black Belt in the GE Plastics Electromaterials business unit.  He also fulfilled roles in Materials Management, Logistics, Manufacturing, Sales, Finance and Customer Service.

Patrick is a former GE Master Black Belt and has a degree from Northern Kentucky University in Accounting.
